  Day 1: Puno – Uros Floating Islands – Puno Puno → Uros → Puno

  For those with limited time who do not want to miss the essence of Titicaca, this short tour brings its magic together in a single morning. Starting at 07:30, you travel in a traditional boat to the Uros Floating Islands, an artificial archipelago built from layers of totora reeds that are constantly renewed.
  
  Here you discover how this ancestral community fishes, builds its homes and even crafts its iconic horse-shaped reed boats, while learning about its view of the lake as the source of all life. A perfect introduction to Titicaca, it can easily be combined with other activities in Puno on the same day. The experience ends around 12:00.
