  Day 1: Cusco – Cusipata – Layo – Pallay Punchu Mountain – Langui-Layo Lagoon – Cusco Cusco → Pallay Punchu → Cusco

  Our adventure begins very early with pickup from your hotel in the city of Cusco to embark on a trip along the southern route of the Vilcanota Valley. During the tour we will cross various Andean towns until we reach the city of Cusipata, where we will enjoy breakfast before continuing to the Layo district, access point to the Pallay Punchu Mountain.
  
  Upon arriving at the trailhead, the guide will give an informative talk before beginning the hike. The ascent, lasting approximately one to two hours, allows you to contemplate extensive high Andean landscapes, herds of alpacas and llamas, as well as the impressive views of the Langui-Layo Lagoon, one of the most important bodies of water in the south of Cusco.
  
  Upon reaching the main viewpoint, located at 4,790 m above sea level. n. m., we will enjoy enough time to tour the different panoramic points, take photographs and appreciate the unique multicolored rock formations of Pallay Punchu or Pallay Punchu del Apu T'acllo, whose appearance is reminiscent of a traditional Andean Punchu. Our guide will share information about the geological origin of the mountain and the natural importance of this newly discovered landscape for tourism.
  
  After enjoying this spectacular scenery, we will begin the descent along the same route to our transportation. Later we will go to the restaurant to enjoy a buffet lunch and finally we will begin the return trip to the city of Cusco, concluding an unforgettable experience among some of the most surprising landscapes of the Peruvian Andes.
