3. Responsible action
When faced with a suspicious situation, we prioritize the protection of the potential victim and notification of the appropriate authorities. We ask travelers not to intervene in ways that could increase risk and to report any concern immediately to responsible staff.
4. Traveler commitment
Everyone using our services must respect Peruvian law, the communities visited, and the rights of children and adolescents. Any exploitative or abusive behavior is incompatible with our values and services.
