  Day 1: Puno – Uros – Amantani – Puno Lake Titicaca

  With no overnight stay required, this full-day experience lets you discover the magic of Titicaca in depth. Starting at 07:30, you cross the waters of the sacred lake to reach the Uros Islands first, where you learn how these artificial totora reed islands, which have floated on the lake for centuries, are built and maintained.
  
  The boat then takes you to Amantani, where you share a traditional lunch with a local family. If time allows, you can climb to the Pachatata and Pachamama temples at the top of the island, with 360° panoramic views over the world’s highest lake. The return to Puno is completed around 17:30.
