Our adventure begins at 4:30 a.m. when we pick up at your hotel. At 6:30 a.m., we will have breakfast to recharge our batteries for the journey to the town of Llacto, at an altitude of 4,600 meters. Here, we prepare for the hike, which is 4 km / 2.0 miles long. It is a leisurely walk with the help of walking sticks to reach the highest point, located at 5,036 meters / 16,466 feet. After a rest and an explanation about the area, we prepare to explore the Red Valley. Discover the impressive Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca, on an unforgettable tour full of spectacular landscapes. This natural wonder is located in the Andes Mountains and is famous for its vibrant hues, a product of the mineral composition of the earth.

Flexibility

• The cancellation policy is valid up to 3 days before the travel date and applies without penalty. Otherwise, a 100% penalty applies.
• The rescheduling policy is valid up to 3 days before the travel date and applies until December 31, 2025.

• Tour start time: Between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM (it is recommended to be ready at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance).
• Passengers are responsible for arriving on time according to the established itinerary of the purchased tour package. Otherwise, they may be able to join the corresponding service later under their own means (transportation). No refunds will apply for missed services.
• We pick up guests from hotels located in the historic center of Cusco. If you are staying at an accommodation outside of this area, please contact us to arrange a meeting point so we can pick you up.
