Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as Machu Picchu entrance tickets, train tickets, and special permits cannot be canceled or refunded due to provider regulations.

2. Cancellations in Advance
Standard tours and regular services may be canceled or rescheduled depending on the required notice period specified in our policies. Administrative fees may apply.

3. No Show
If the traveler does not show up on the day of the service without prior notice, the amount paid is non-refundable due to operational costs and blocked reservations.
