When booking with us, you grant certain authorizations required for the proper management and operation of your service.
1. Service Coordination on Your Behalf
You authorize GT Peru Travel to manage and coordinate essential services such as official guides, tourist transportation, entrance tickets, train tickets, and other operational requirements related to your booking.
2. Use of Data for Operational Management
You allow your personal information (name, document ID, contact details) to be used exclusively to process permits, tickets, internal bookings, and any other necessary procedures for the proper execution of the tour.
3. Communication with Providers
You grant us authorization to contact external providers—such as operators, hotels, or transportation companies—on your behalf to confirm availability, coordinate schedules, and ensure a complete and organized experience.
These authorizations are necessary to guarantee proper service operation.
