Entrenamiento previo: Mejora tu resistencia y fuerza<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de enfrentar una caminata a gran altitud, es fundamental preparar tu cuerpo con ejercicios que mejoren tu resistencia cardiovascular y fortalezcan tus m\u00fasculos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cardio:<\/strong> Corre, camina a paso r\u00e1pido, anda en bicicleta o sube escaleras para fortalecer tu coraz\u00f3n y pulmones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entrenamiento de piernas:<\/strong> Haz sentadillas, estocadas y ejercicios de equilibrio para fortalecer tus piernas y articulaciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caminatas con peso:<\/strong> Practica senderismo con una mochila cargada para acostumbrarte al esfuerzo adicional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Aclimataci\u00f3n: La clave para evitar el mal de altura<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El mal agudo de monta\u00f1a (soroche) es com\u00fan cuando subes r\u00e1pidamente a m\u00e1s de 2,500 metros. Para minimizarlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Asciende gradualmente:<\/strong> Si es posible, pasa unos d\u00edas en altitudes intermedias antes de la caminata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hidr\u00e1tate bien:<\/strong> Bebe al menos 3 litros de agua al d\u00eda para ayudar a tu cuerpo a adaptarse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evita el alcohol y el tabaco:<\/strong> Pueden deshidratarte y afectar tu oxigenaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toma infusi\u00f3n de coca o mu\u00f1a:<\/strong> Son remedios naturales usados en los Andes para mejorar la adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Alimentaci\u00f3n para la altitud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu dieta debe ser equilibrada y rica en carbohidratos, ya que en la altura el cuerpo quema m\u00e1s energ\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Come carbohidratos complejos:<\/strong> Quinua, papa, arroz y pan te dar\u00e1n energ\u00eda sostenida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incluye prote\u00ednas magras:<\/strong> Pollo, pescado y legumbres ayudan a la recuperaci\u00f3n muscular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evita comidas pesadas:<\/strong> Las digestiones son m\u00e1s lentas en la altura, opta por porciones moderadas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
